• All players must be registered and use their exact in-game name
• Only registered players are allowed to compete
• Teams must be ready and on time for check-in and match start
• Failure to check in will result in a disqualification (no-show)
• Respect all staff and players — malicious behavior will lead to removal

Prize Claim Process:
• Prizes must be claimed within 24 hours of the tournament’s end
• Late claims may result in loss of prize eligibility
• Claims are processed within 72 hours
• Prizes will be delivered within 2 weeks
